In fact, some of us struggle to keep them healthy and working let alone allot time, effort and money to the more aesthetic aspects of them. We all know the mantra; diet, exercise, moisturise, drink plenty of water, but, how many of us are actually able to do all of these things consistently? Between the media, experts and friends we know why we should do the above but the reality of the world we live in and the lives we lead often gets in the way.
