L'Oreal Paris Super liner Instant Impact Felt Liner A sponge tipped felt pen with deep colour for instant impact. Light up your eyes! Price for the quantity: INR 695/- for 1.6 grams My experience with this liner: It is a felt tip liner pen. I've used such liner pens earlier too from Catrice  and Landbis - KKCenterHK  . However, the liners failed miserably in holding up the ink (!??!) to get a decent line on my eyelids. This particular eyeliner from L'Oreal however has successfully worked well in giving a precise liner application in one go, without drying up or getting watery/patchy in between.
