I am usually not much of a Kajal/Kohl person. I refrain from using anything on my waterline particularly for two main reasons - first reason is that I love to apply eye liner on my upper lids, and if I use Kajal too along with that, my small eyes appear even smaller; second reason is that Kajal or kohl somehow always enhance and highlight my dark circles after a couple of hours, especially when I have to spend whole day at office. So, when I came across Revlon Wet/Dry Eyeliner Crayon Fini Poudre/Fini Lustre in soft black, I was a bit reluctant to use it much. But, when I started using it, I felt that I’d found my HG eye pencil/kajal/kohl for water line in this. I absolutely love this eye pencil to its core and always carry it with me in my makeup kit. I bought this shampoo while shopping at Dubai Airport's transit area. I bought this particular shampoo on sale around a year back and have been using it since then.
