Before starting anything check out the pic below of my transformation from being at 74 kgs to 60kgs in 5 months: My journey from 74 , 67, to 60 kgs in 5 months included no crash dieting, no special diet plans and even no GYM though I workout at home. My Simple Low Fat Dessert recipes I usually love to have something sweet after my meals. It was my habit to take out a scoop of ice cream, or a piece of cake or a chocolate immediately after having lunch or dinner.
