I always have a great fun time browsing through all the latest and most gorgeous makeup collection launches by various brands, and this time too Holiday collections have been a treat to the eyes. Here I am compiling a few of them to treat you guys and there goes the first below - Les Scintillances de Chanel Holiday 2011 Collection. I love the way they have paired gold and red which seem to be highlighted in this particular collection. Hint: Those special two somethings are from Chanel!! :) The moment I saw these at Catrice counter I was reminded of Chanel Le Vernis - "Peridot" and Graphite". However, I do feel that the catrice dupe of Peridot seems to be more duochrome than Peridot, whereas the "Graphite" dupe has less shimmers in it. Will post the nail swatches and reviews soon.. Karl Lagerfeld presented the 'Paris - Byzance' Metiers D'Art collection in Paris in December 2010. The theme was inspired by the Empress Theodora and the lost culture of Byzantium.
