Review: Mattify Cosmetics Bronzer, Swatches, FOTD

I have been usually too conscious to apply bronzer, for the reason to not look too tanned, but I definitely crave for that healthy sun-kissed glow to show on my face especially when I am out for a night-out. I've been using Mattify cosmetics bronzer since quite some time now, and I absolutely love this bronzer a lot. Earlier it did look a bit scary to me in the jar, but when I applied it; it gave the most beautiful glow to my face that did make me look glamorous! Ok! I am not praising myself, but that is what I felt after using it every time. So, on that note, below goes the review. About Mattify Cosmetics Bronzer This medium toned bronzer will look beautiful on any skin tone!   Dust all over with a fluffy powder brush to fake a sun-kissed glow.   Apply more precisely by using a powder puff, for targeted "tanning" and a darker golden shimmer. Can also be used with a powder puff or cosmetic wedge to contour and slim the arms, legs, nose...

Review: Mattify Cosmetics Eyeshadows - Amethyst Moon and Midnight Train

Since the time I started using eyeshadows I've always been a bit scared of using shimmery eyeshadows for the reason that they might look OTT on my skin tone. Also, I had to worry a lot about not aiming to look like a disco ball with all the fall outs of glitter and shimmer on my cheeks. When I got a chance to try these shimmery eyeshadows from Mattify cosmetics, I was a bit apprehensive, but seeing the fine texture of the eyeshadows I gave them a go and from my experience I really like these eyeshadows a lot for their superb pigmentation, silky smooth texture, versatility in building a finish that can go from sheer to opaque and the most important of all - almost negligible fall outs. The shades I'd be reviewing here today are : Amethyst Moon and Midnight train. From Left to right: Amethyst Moon, Midnight train 1) Amethyst moon: It is a gorgeous shimmering vibrant purple eyeshadow, with silver highlights. The highlights are very fine and give a beautiful texture and f...

Review: Mattify cosmetics Original Loose Powder

I've been using this loose powder since past few days and I am already so much in love with it, that I couldn't stop myself from reviewing it here. Apparently, this also happens to be my first loose powder too. I have oily combination skin and till date I have used only compact powders from various brands to fight the oil on my face. With onset of summers, my oily glands have become even more active and make me look like frying pan more often now. I’ve always found it quite difficult to keep my face matte and shine-free for longer durations, especially during summers. I usually have to do touch ups every 2-3 hours if I am sitting in an air conditioned environment. While staying in the environment without AC, I usually have to apply compact every 1-2 hours to keep oil at bay. Having said that, when I began to use this particular face powder, I was quite amazed at its results and long lasting effects. I still wanted to test it for at least 5-6 days before reviewing it here an...
