The conditioner is quite mild and I love the way it tames my hair to become manageable and soft after every wash. The good thing about this conditioner is that it never weighed my hair down. I'd usually apply a small amount of this conditioner on my hair (avoiding the scalp), keep it for 5 minutes and then wash off. As far as damage therapy claims are concerned, I definitely feel that the texture of my hair has become smoother than what it was before, but split ends still rule.
