Say Goodbye to being Camera shy - A Dove Campaign

Do you feel conscious of your appearance in front of camera? A new study by Dove reveals that around 77% of Indian women are missing out on some of life’s most memorable moments because they are not happy with the way they look.  A sense of anxiety about their appearance prevents them from capturing precious memories on camera, including those of their own wedding or the birth of their child or special family holidays. Now, to make you feel your beautiful self, the brand has come up with a short film - Camera Shy - to raise the question why women hide from the camera as adults, but loved the camera as little girls. Dove is committed to creating a world where beauty is a source of confidence, not anxiety.  Women should feel confident to smile for their next photo, so they do not lose out on capturing their precious memories. Dove encourages women to celebrate their own beauty with tips to help them “Say goodbye to being camera shy.” I certainly couldn't stop ...

L'Oreal Paris Fall Repair 3X 'Stay Rooted - Jad se Judein Song

A while back I shared with you the  L'Oreal Paris Fall Repair 3X   'Stay Rooted' campaign HERE  , where  you enjoyed watching 'Go Back In Time' video. Now, here is this heartwarming song called ‘Jad Se Judein’ sung by none other than Mohit Chauhan for the L'Oreal Paris Fall Repair 3X 'Stay Rooted' campaign. The video is the story of 3 people - a student in search of her teacher, a granddaughter who makes a small and simple sacrifice for her grandmother and 2 friends who reconnect at a place they call their own. The Jad Se Judein song takes you back to your roots and makes you remember that person who shaped you, those in your life who had a role in making you who you are today – but those who’ve unfortunately been forgotten today. This song will definitely make you go back in time and reconnect with them and will help you “STAY ROOTED” Check out the song video below: For more details about the campaign check HERE

L'Oreal Paris Nail Art Stickers - Video Review, NOTD

L'Oreal Paris Nail Art Stickers - Review Hi, I made this video review of Loreal Paris Nail art stickers few months back and posted it on my youtube channel, as well as a link to that on my Facebook page. However, because of all the traveling I did as well as other obligations, I forgot to post it here at my blog. So, here it is, my first video review ever. I've also posted a couple of pics of my nails wearing these nail art stickers. Just a quick list of likes and dislikes: Likes: 1) Come in varied designs that are quite artistic and look great on wear. 2) The shapes available in each palette of the nail art stickers, makes it flexible to suit all nail types - for both hands and toes. 3) Very easy to apply. All you have to do is choose the shape of the sticker that fits your nail, stick the sticker on your nail and then file the edges. Easy-peasy. 4) I liked the finish of these stickers. Though the art is 3D, it feels quite smooth on application,...
