Essence Stay with me Longlasting Lipgloss - #2 My favourite Milk shake, #03 - Candy Bar: Review, Swatches

Hello everyone, I've already reviewed Essence Stay With Me Longlasting Lipgloss in shade "#06 - Berry Me " HERE , so won't go into a detailed review of these two shades as almost everything about the gloss, applicator, fragrance and consistency is same in all the three glosses I have from this range. However, as far as the shade and finish is concerned, there is slight difference that I noticed so here it goes: Swatches: Essence Stay with me Long lasting Lipglosses (L-R) - #2 My favourite Milk shake, #03 - Candy Bar: Essence Stay with me Longlasting Lipgloss - #02 - My favourite Milk shake As the name suggests, it is very light nude peach lip gloss and gives milky finish to the lips. It is a great lipgloss to wear with a smokey eye makeup look. I wore it in THIS makeup tutorial as well. It is very hydrating and moisturizing to my lips and stays put for around 2-3 hours even when I am drinking or eating in between. The finish is slightly transl...

Review: Essence Eye Makeup Remover

My experience with this eye makeup remover I picked up this eye-makeup remover while randomly browsing the Essence counter at DM, Das Es Mall - Esslingen (Germany). I was on a look out for a decent eye makeup remover and this was quite inexpensive so I thought of giving it a try. This is an oil based makeup remover and has quite runny consistency, similar to water. I usually shake the bottle well; pour a few drops on a cotton ball, and swipe over my eyes. Within 4-5 swipes, my entire eye makeup is gone. This works pretty well for waterproof eye makeup too, and I don't have to struggle a lot. I've used this makeup remover to clean the kohl on my waterline as well and it did the job gently without causing any stinging or discomfort to my eyes. Price: Around 2 Euros Quick list of likes and dislikes: Likes: 1) Oil based eye-makeup remover that works pretty well in removing the most stubborn eye makeup in breeze. 2) Just a few drops are enough to work on one ey...

Tutorial: My Karvachauth Makeup (Indian Festive season makeup)

Hello Friends, I shared my Karvachauth makeup a couple of days back on IMBB HERE , and since then I've received loads of requests to make a tutorial of the same.I am really thankful to all of you for liking my look. So, without going into any emotional talk (of me getting overwhelmed by the response), let us get to the tutorial. This is a simple gold pink eye makeup look which I tried on my Karvachauth. You can use any other color - green, blue, brown, yello of your choice to create this and I feel that it would still be very wearable and easy to carry. This look is ideal for festive season makeup,so let us get started. 1) After putting on the foundation, concealer and compact of your choice, apply a good eyeshadow primer to your eyes from your lids to the browbone. I've applied essence eyeshadow primer and topped it up with a base eyeshadow of my skincolor (light brown from Queens Cosmetics) 2) Take a cream eyeshadow/pigment of your choice and dab ...
