Being a person with oily/combination skin, I usually aim on getting the products that give me matte finish, especially in the current hot and humid climate. Review: Liz Earle Deep Cleansing Mask

About this Mask How to use Price:  £13.25 Quantity: 75ml Ingredients: My experience with this Deep cleansing mask With the kind of lifestyle I lead here in Bangalore, just simple CTM doesn't solve the purpose completely. There are days when stress caused by office and personal issues, along with Bangalore's pollution and weird climatic conditions really make my skin pores clogged and the skin super dull and tired. I started using this particular deep cleansing face mask a couple of weeks back and I really like the effect it has left every time I've used it. After my usual cleansing, I usually apply a thick amount of this face mask on my face. It has muddy consistency and strong herbal smell with dominance of rose and a hint of peppermint fragrance in it. The mask is extremely cooling and soothing on the skin. I usually leave it on my face for 10-15 minutes, by which time it dries up completely, and then using the thoroughly rinse...

Review: Liz Earle Foot Scrub

About Liz Earle Foot Scrub This hard-working scrub gently exfoliates hard, rough skin on heels and soles, leaving feet ultra-soft and buffed to perfection. Massage daily onto damp skin, concentrating on dry areas such as heels, toes and balls of your feet. Naturally active ingredients include natural pumice to remove dead skin cells, softening avocado and wheatgerm oils rich in vitamin E, and the invigorating aromas of peppermint and rosemary essential oils. Suitable for all skin types Quantity: 100 ml Price: £ 10.75 Packaging: Tube Ingredients: My experience with this foot scrub: I've always had manly feet and toes and somehow very hard skin on them too. Add to it my usual open front footwear, by my sleep time my feet look like as if I've come straight from a Kabaddi match. However, I never had cracked heels and I am really thankful for that. But, in order to make my feet soft and "girly", I usually treat them well every 2...

Review: Liz Earle Skin Repair Light Moisturizer for Oily combination Skin

I've always been too scared of using moisturizers, just for the fear that they'd make my oily-combination skin oilier and might cause pimples. I usually dilute all the moisturizers with water and then use them. Depending on the way they fare I keep on adjusting the amount of water to include, but still all the moisturizers have given a little bit of dewy to oily finish to my face depending on the environment and climatic conditions around me. So, when I began using this moisturizer from Liz Earle, I was still a bit skeptical on the results. Now, after having used it subsequently since past few weeks, I must say that this is the best moisturizer I've ever used for oily-combination skin till date. And on that note, let us look at the review below. About Liz Earle Moisturizer for Oily combination skin Light and gentle, this easily absorbed moisturising lotion is ideal for combination, oily or problem skin. This finely balanced blend of naturally active skin-conditioning ingre...

Review: Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic

I am not much of a toner person except for occasional spray of rose water or face mist on my face, just to feel extra good and refreshed, but I hardly ever noticed any visible differences hence never bothered much. However, when I started using this particular toner along with Liz Earle's cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser and moisturizer; I am so happy at the results of toning that I now regret why I didn't include it ever in my beauty regime before. Still, better late than never, I’ve used it and I love it to the core. And now let us get to the review of this toner: About Liz Earle Instant Boost skin tonic: This heavenly floral-scented, non-drying toner refreshes, soothes and brightens your skin. Gentle and alcohol-free, it also adds a fine layer of moisture. Pour onto a cotton wool pad and sweep over face and neck after using Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser. Alternatively spritz over face and body to revitalise at any time. Naturally active ingredients include...

Review: Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish™ Hot Cloth Cleanser

Since the time I got loads of water proof, water resistant and long lasting makeup products, I've always been on a search of some decent cleanser that could easily remove all such makeup without making me struggle too much with my skin. Till date, all the cleansers I tried could work well in removing the normal makeup but failed with all long lasting and waterproof stuffs. The cleansing oils that I used could do the work to some extent, but again failed to remove the last traces of a water proof kajal, eyeliner or mascara and resulted in giving me panda eyes the next very morning. Moreover, since I have oily combination skin, many such oils gave me bad breakouts. Because of this, I somehow avoid using waterproof makeup on daily basis. However, waterproof makeup has one advantage and it is that it sticks on your face whole day and has least chances to get spoilt by sweat or water in this sweltering heat. With that temptation of using waterproof makeup products, when I stumbled upo...
