My name is Kimi Shrivastava and I welcome you to Beauty Diaries. I am an Indian, who has traveled almost all the states in India, and has also got wonderful chances to explore places like New York (US), Dubai and Germany (Ulm, Esslingen) so far.

In February 2012, I moved to a beautiful place called "Sindri" which is located in the North-Eastern part of India and now I am living here, working as a full time freelance writer and of course as a beauty blogger here at Beauty Diaries. 
Previously, I have spent around 8+ years working as a Software Engineer while living in Bangalore, India. I have always been a big fan of makeup and cosmetic products that provide quality and perfection. During my trips to most of the places in India, US and Germany I came to know about many good brands that deliver what they promise. Many of these brands are well known to the localities, but quite unknown to the world out there. I have always experimented with various brands, wherever I travel and search stuffs to know more about the products, new launches, description and reviews. However, I could not find much information online regarding many such products and other related details. This blog is an endeavor to introduce myself and its readers to the amazing goodies of these brands (known and unknown), their latest news, launches, special offers and reviews as well.

Feel free to browse through the products based on the categories and choose the one you like the most, read the reviews and decide for yourself. All the products reviewed here are my personal opinion only and I am not paid for reviewing any of these, unless otherwise stated explicitly. I buy these products myself, use them and then post reviews here. I aim at using and reviewing cruelty free products mostly and sincerely ask my readers to support all cruelty free cosmetics and toiletries that are not tested on animals. If I happen to review any brand cosmetics that are not cruelty free, I'll mention it in the post. However, the fact will not alter my take on the product.
