My Low Fat Dessert recipes

My Simple Low Fat Dessert recipes I usually love to have something sweet after my meals. It was my habit to take out a scoop of ice cream, or a piece of cake or a chocolate immediately after having lunch or dinner. However, because of my current condition , I can not eat any of these things to take care of my sweet tooth. So, I've found a few low fat dessert recipes as healthy alternatives to satisfy my sweet cravings and I am quite loving them so far. Here are few of them: Easy and simply Low Fat Dessert recipes 1) Raw coconut:  Somehow strangely I don't like anything much about coconut except for its raw taste. I like coconut chutney but I don't like coconut water, nor coconut milk. At present, just one simple liking of mine has proven to be a boon. A small piece of fresh raw coconut immediately after my meals, helps me satisfy my sweet cravings to a great extent. Also, since just a small piece of coconut requires a lot of munching, it does tire me enough to no...

My Experience with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy - Pain, Surgery, Recovery

Hi friends, I hope you are enjoying the festivities to the fullest extent and having a great time with your friends and family. I’ve been missing in action from blogging since almost a month now and the main reason for my absence had been my illness, for which I underwent a surgery recently. I am currently on my recovery phase and hoping to be back on my blog soon. :) Sometimes certain unplanned things do happen at times when you are in full swing of your actions, and then you have to put a halt on all other plannings all of a sudden. For me, though the symptoms of my illness started a year back, it wasn’t until last month that I could figure out the severity of my problem. Throughout my pregnancy last year, I kept struggling with occasional acidity and severe stomach ache, which could be subdued with usual medicines like Eno, Digene and Gelusil. My condition was credited as a side-effect of my pregnancy, and I was told that it’d all go after my delivery. However, things be...

As Beautiful as Her Work

As Beautiful as Her Work There is a meaningful quote that I read long time back somewhere - "There are no ugly women; there are only women who do not know how to look pretty." I've always felt how true the statement is! Throughout my growing years, I've traveled a lot and seen women from all the cultures, places, races and ethnicity, and meeting these women only made me feel proud of being a girl. I admired them for all they were, especially my teachers on how they taught us, spoke to us, their handwriting, their amazing way of draping a saree and then accessorizing their attire with lovely gold earrings and bangles. It was always a fun to notice their work outfit and I think we all have grown up doing that, haven't we? Today, I'd like to talk about one school teacher of mine, who I've always admired a lot. She used to teach us "Civics" and "Hindi" and I had a pleasure to be her student for 3 years in school.  ...
