I am not much of a toner person except for occasional spray of rose water or face mist on my face, just to feel extra good and refreshed, but I hardly ever noticed any visible differences hence never bothered much. However, when I started using this particular toner along with Liz Earle's cleanse and polish hot cloth cleanser and moisturizer; I am so happy at the results of toning that I now regret why I didn't include it ever in my beauty regime before. Still, better late than never, I’ve used it and I love it to the core. And now let us get to the review of this toner:

My experience with this toner:
Since this was the first time I was using a toner with any level of certainty and regularity, I made it sure to do it right way. I went through the directions and used it in exactly the same way as mentioned. I'd use the Liz Earle's cleanse and polish hot clothe cleanser to cleanse first, followed by using this toner on my face and then Liz Earle's moisturizer. The toner comes in a nice bottle with a unique cap that just opens enough space for the toner to come out once you’ve twisted it in a direction. After you've dabbed the cotton cleansing pad with this cleanser, you just need to unscrew the lid and it gets closed. I found it really handy and unique on its own. There is no chance of extra spillage while travelling and it is so easy to use. The toner comes out in transparent liquid and smells mildly of its ingredients and herbs. It is very mild and goes well on my oily combination skin without causing any irritation or stinging.

Below are some of the likes and dislikes that I've experienced from this toner:
Likes:
1) I have certainly noticed the difference it gives to my skin. With regular usage it definitely gives the promised smooth, soft and supple skin.
2) Since it works well on pores, I've felt some reduction in them and evening of the pigmented areas. It has given a nice healthy glow to my skin by eliminating the problem areas.
3) It contains all naturally active ingredients, hence definitely good for skin without causing any side effects.
4) It does not contain any chemical preservatives or parabens.
5) It has a nice refreshing fragrance which is extremely gentle and soothing to senses.
6) Though I have oily combination skin, this product is meant for all skin types.
Dislikes:
1) The packaging though unique and handy in itself, might be an overhead as I have to remember to twist the lid back to close it every time. There have been times when the bottle had remained open all night and it took me sometime to get used to opening closing part. Also you need to keep the cap cleaned all the time, if you are sticking the cotton on the lid to get the product out.
2) Availability is a problem as you can't find it everywhere in stores, but you can order it online here.
3) Price can be a concern for some of you as it is a bit expensive.
Overall verdict: I love this toner. Although I've used rose water sprays and face mists before, the results were nothing more than a refreshing feeling. This toner is very gentle on skin though effective enough to take well care of it, and I recommend it for sure!
