Before starting anything check out the pic below of my transformation from being at 74 kgs to 60kgs in 5 months: My journey from 74 , 67, to 60 kgs in 5 months included no crash dieting, no special diet plans and even no GYM though I workout at home. From what I learned, basically it involved understanding your body and making few changes in your lifestyle accordingly. Also, I lost 14 kgs in 5 months, by working out properly IN AC so that I don't sweat much as I absolutely hate sweating. And no matter how many people told me to do otherwise...it didn't matter... :) ..Sweating can only lead to water and salt loss, may be that can make you see that you lost grams after working ..err..sweating it out... Hello everyone, Today I am sharing with you my winter skincare routine.
