I tried doing this easy smokey golden eye look using my Inglot palette. The look was quite easy and somehow turned out quite good. I don't think photographs are doing any justice to how it turned out, but still I am sharing it with you.
Steps taken:
1) Prep your face with foundation, concealer and compact so that it becomes the perfect canvas for your makeup.
2) It is very necessary that your dark circles are completely made invisible for any smokey eye look, be it soft one or dramatic one to pop out well. For that I applied my skin colored blush too over the concealer and compact. Also prep your eyes with primer and compact
3) I took the highlighter shade from my NYC palette, using a fluffy brush and highlighted my browbone, sweeping downwards.
4) I used the #430 from the Inglot Palette and applied it all over the lid using a flat brush.
5) I took the #422 shade from the Inglot palette using the sponge tip of an eyeshadow applicator and smudged it over the lid and over my lashline.
6) Apply black eyeliner, curl your lashes and apply mascara. I've applied blue Mascara here.

I loved it..but you can do more smokey than this and still look good I think..this is very easy peasy nice naaa...that's the Inglot palette you got? Is nice..I thought you got gold black too?

ReplyDeletehe he he...I bought the black one too that shimmery one that you have..but it is in separate case...That pendant and studs were my gifts on V-day!! :D..yeah...I didn't do tooo smokey coz I was scared if I turn out looking like panda...now I think I'll try with more shades and do more smokey stuffs..but this is quite easy naa..he he..like I can even do to office... :) :) :) :)

That lipstick has sooo flattering color Jinal..I've applied it today too...And It is sooooooo gorgeous!! :D :D :D ...hee hee...and yeah..me just learning naa..from all you gurus, so starting with these easy peasy things..Glad that for a change I am looking good.
