My experience with this brush:
It was a cute small brush that came in a nice plastic case. Before starting with the brush I washed it with a mild cleanser, and experienced shedding of 1-2 hair. And, somehow it has continued to shed 1-2 hair on every usage till now. I've been using this since past 7-8 days now. I tried using this brush to apply Monave's mineral foundation and I was quite amazed to feel the soft sponge like touch from this brush. Seeing the way it worked on my skin, I tried experimenting it with my liquid foundation too and lo-behold I was amazed to see how well it blended the foundation into my skin without even a bit of streakiness. The finish was flawless and I absolutely love using it now, for both liquid foundation and cream blush (yes you read it right!) too.
Below are some of the likes and dislikes that I've felt about this brush:
Likes:
1) Extremely soft and fine hair, that helps easy and flawless blending of any liquid and powder product into the skin.
2) The brush is small and cute and I can easily use it to apply my Maybelline dream mousse blush too, without having to dip my fingers into the blush. The cream blush blends like a dream with this brush.
3) Comes with a nice casing to avoid any outside dirt to spoil or infect the brush.
4) I like its multi-purpose usage and it is definitely a steal at the price it comes.
Dislikes:
1) I wonder till how long will brush keep on shedding its bristles even with normal mineral foundation application.
2) The small size makes it difficult for me to apply loose powder evenly on my face. I like to use huge fluffy brush to get an even coverage of loose powder, and somehow I find it difficult to achieve using this brush.
3) Availability: You won't be able to find it at stores everywhere around the world, but you can definitely order it from Monave's official website here.
Overall verdict: I like using this brush for my foundation and blush. It gives a flawless, non-streaky finish and I don't have to mess my fingers to use the cream blush on my face. However, I don't like it shedding 2-3 bristles on every use and I hope it stops in sometime. Also, its small size might not work well for applying loose powder, but for liquid/powder foundation and cream/powder blush I definitely like it a lot.
