Fitness plays a major part in an individual's appearance and how attractive she/he looks. Despite leading a healthy life style it is really important to choose your wardrobe wisely to fit more fitness in your daily life. A research conducted for the American Council on exercise, figured out that people walk more during their workday if they wear comfortable clothing.

Apart from this research thing, your wardrobe also showcases your style statement and how cool you are in your fashion sense. However, it is one thing to know what to wear, and another thing to know how to wear an outfit that can make a great difference. Below are certain guidelines that can help you in getting the perfect clothing for your daily wear:

1) Wear what is comfortable to you:

Always ensure to wear loose and lightweight clothes during summers, so that your fittings enable air to circulate around your body and keep you cool. While wearing a short skirt always ensure to wear underwear that doesn't make you show off more than just your style. While wearing skirts with slits, ensure that the slits are well balanced and don't go up too far.

2) Perfect your office wear:

In order to fit in more fitness in your office schedule try to go for double-duty gear that'd make you look good in a meeting hall and also won't hamper your five flight hike up the stairs. In case your office dress code allows casuals, you can always go for Capri pants, denims, khaki slacks and cool loose skirts. Try to get dressed in layers as you can easily remove the outer clothing anytime you heat up following your little fitness workouts. You can wear clothes like lightweight two-piece suit and a tank so that you can remove the jacket when you exercise.
If you are wearing low rise jeans ensure you wear slightly longer tops. Showcasing butt cleavage isn't sexy and can easily ruin even the most gorgeous pair of jeans.

3) Choose your undergarments carefully:

Your undergarments can make or break your wardrobe completely. Cotton is comfortable. Try to wear nice comfortable pair of undergarments for daily wear, especially for office and save your bikini thongs for weekend parties only. Ensure that your stockings and undergarments fit you comfortably before you leave home. Constant adjustments to underwear can easily ruin the whole mood and day.

4) Lighten and Brighten up:

Wearing bright colors can really brighten up the day, but make sure you don't end up looking like someone from circus. Sport one bright color at a time and avoid making a canvas of colors. Subdued bright colors like orange, blue, green and red reflect light, keep you cool and can also make you grab attention of the bikers around you. Also avoid wearing head-to-toe leather or denim. Also ensure what logo your T-shirt sports; it can make a lot of impact.

5)  Last but not the least - learn to love and respect your body.
