My experience with this night cream along with likes and dislikes

I got this particular cream in the Lancôme Youth defining beauty kit and I've been using this since past 2 weeks now. This cream is extremely light weight that gets absorbed quickly into the skin without causing any greasiness or oiliness on my oily-combination skin. I apply a very little amount of this cream on my face and blend well and it just gets absorbed easily into my skin. The fragrance of this cream is very mild and soothing. My face and skin feel a lot relaxed every time I apply this cream at night before going to sleep. I've been using Lancôme cleansing and softening cleansing milk, and Lancôme Tonique Doceur toner and this night cream from Lancôme Genifique range along with the youth activating serum and eye cream, and so far I definitely have felt my skin to have improved a lot.

Coming back to this night cream, I've felt that with its regular application, I usually wake up daily morning to find my skin softer, completely non-oily, brighter (with reduced pigmentation around my mouth), much relaxed and basically much better than a day before. I like the fact that the very little of this cream is more than enough for entire face. This jar of 15 ml is going to last me for another 3-4 months.

I've also felt that the calming and relaxing effects induced by this cream and its subtle and amazing fragrance help me get my sleep easily and much sounder, which definitely helps a lot in the improvement of the skin.

I don't mind the tub packaging of this cream, as I usually apply this after washing my face and hands of course, so chances of it being contaminated are very few. The only dislike I have about this is not from the cream, but from the brand itself. As per PETA, Lancôme tests its products on animals and I don't like it at all. I wish they become cruelty free soon, because their products are really amazing and I'd love to continue using them, but without any feeling of guilt within myself.
