Make up junkie. And when it comes to beauty, I never compromise on the Brand or
the shade. StyleCraze was started so that you don’t have to compromise on your
Beauty needs. - Chetana.

My experience
shopping with the website:
The first thing that I really admired about the website was
its cool orange background and user friendly layout. On just mouse-hover above
the tabs, you can see the range of sub-categories at an instant, without making
too many clicks or browsing the pages back and forth. The website features many
popular brands related to beauty, personal care and cosmetics like - Acnes, Biotique,
Clean & Clear, Colorbar, Dove, Faces, Garnier, Gillette, Jovees, Inalsa,
Konad, Lakme, Loreal, Lotus, Neutrogena, NYX, Oxy Brand, Olay, OPI, Orly,
Panasonic, Park Avenue, Philips, Ponds, Purederm, Revlon, Sally Hansen, Vega,
Zuska.
The thing that I loved most about the website is that apart
from usual beauty and skincare products, it also offers electrical appliances
and tools like Hair dryer, Hair styler, epilators etc. from brands like
Panasonic and Philips. I was really excited when I saw some amazing discounts
on these products offered by the website and hence ordered Philips Styler
HP8600 for myself.
Shopping from the website was quite easy and everything was
well laid. You simply have to go to the product's page, click on "Buy
Now". You can see the option of "Cash on Delivery" for the
product, if it is available for the particular product. You can also view other
products similar to your choice of product on the right hand side bar of the
page. This will give you an option to explore better and get the one you want
to most.
Once you've clicked "Buy Now" button, you'll be
taken to your shopping cart's page, where you can review the product, its
number and total price. If you have a discount coupon or voucher, you can
redeem it here at this page just below your cart details. Once you are
satisfied with the product details, number and price after redeeming the
voucher, you can click on "Proceed to Pay" button for the payment
option.
At next page you can see the summary of all the steps needed
to check out and the layout carries you through each step in succession. Here
also, you can use a voucher in Step 3 if you have any and review your
information.
Once you are confirmed about everything, you can click on
continue for payment options. As is evident from the picture below, you can
choose your options and click "Pay now". If you want to change any
details on previous steps, you can simply click on "Make changes" in
front of each step's summary and do that.I found this feature quite easy and user
friendly.
Once your payment is done, you'll get a confirmation about
your order along with an email stating your order number, shipping address and
other details. They'll send another email to you, once they dispatch your
product, along with the courier details and courier tracking ID.
I received my courier within 3-4 days and the packaging of
the courier was quite sturdy.

The only thing I felt that was lacking was that there weren’t any sample
gifts with this product. I feel that some samples with product purchases definitely
increase the publicity of a particular site and attract customers to buy more
from the site.
Overall verdict:
I really loved shopping from the website, and I was quite
impressed with the layout, the brands and overall shopping experience for a new
site. I definitely would love to see more brands here and shop from them again.
