Housework Can’t Kill You, But Why Take The Chance?

Housework Can’t Kill You, But Why Take The Chance?

No matter how energetically you dance to ‘Dude Looks Like a Lady’, housework gets dull pretty quickly. Even the unbearably tense atmosphere of Deal or no Deal or the eye-opening accounts on Jeremy Kyle can do nothing to save us from tedious household tasks.

There is one good thing about housework however
- it can result in the discovery of many an interesting item. We’re likely to come across a few horrors as we pokeinto dark corners with our vax cleaners. We daringly tackle the tops of cupboards that haven’t seen a duster in months and organise cupboards full of clutter, finding remnants of an Easter egg from last year’s treasure hunt crushed into the carpet. Perhaps even a dead spider under the radiator or a mouldy crust of bread under the sofa.

On the other hand, while cleaning the above-mentioned hazard areas, you may also find that earring you thought you’d lost months ago. Imagine the joy when you discover those cufflinks you misplaced last year and that screwdriver which has been missing since that DIY renovation project you began in February.
We love the feeling of finding something we thought we’d lost - it’s a blend of surprise and relief. Similarly, finally getting round to doing that much-needed spring clean may kick-start a pleasant stroll down memory lane. You could come across a memory card with old photos you never got printed, or a Top of the Pops cassette tape that slipped from the pile when your tape player was relocated to the attic.

Happily listening to the likes of Boyzone and B*Witched, and momentarily stepping back into the 90s, your dusting adventure may lead you to discover a well-thumbed book you used to love when you were a child. Perhaps you’ll find childhood collections of various items you didn’t have the heart to throw away last time you had a clear-out. From conkers and stamps, to buttons and Pokémon cards – mementos of our childhood take many forms and a thorough clean can allow us to rediscover these lost treasures.
So in-between threading conkers and starting up the vacuum cleaner once again, you might come face to face with some old family photo albums which could - with just a dash of creativity - be turned into a scrapbook or something equally impressive.

So there you have it – far from being boring, housework can reunite you with lost items, reacquaint you with your past, and stimulate your creative juices.

Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss - Review, Swatches

Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss - Review I began to use Neutrogena brand long back, when I was in US. The first product I bought of this brand was a liquid foundation, which was my first foundation of all. And, as expected I chose the wrong shade and had to throw it away. The second thing I bought sometime back was this Neutrogena Moistureshine LipGloss , which apparently happens to be my first tinted lipgloss too, as before this I was used to only lipsticks or lip balms. It took me a while to get used to the concept of glosses. I bought the shade 04 Glimmer: Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss Like usual glosses, it comes
