Online shopping has become the latest frenzy in India, and I
am more than glad to see various amazing online shopping portals popping up
every now and then. It just makes life so easy, especially when you are
guaranteed to get good quality products at great discounts and an excellent
customer service. Jabong.com has been one such shopping portal in India for all
fashion and lifestyle goodies, and it has been gaining good popularity since a
while now. There is something for everyone - men, women and kids. A few days
back I spent a good amount of my day exploring the great stuffs at the website
(thanks to its easy user friendly navigation!) and bought the following
neckpiece from it. Have a look at the neckpiece below and my experience
regarding the shopping:

The first thing that I liked the most about the website was
its easy and quite user friendly navigation. The site is pretty fast in loading the product images, and I felt that even their filter functions work pretty quick in getting the desired stuffs on the page. It was quite fun navigating through the huge array of products in various sections. Everything - right from account creation, to adding the product in your shopping bag and checking out - works like a breeze and I had no trouble placing my first order. They offer good variety of deals and discounts as well on various categories, and these deals keep on changing everyday. Apart from shoes, clothing, sports, bags, accessories, beauty, home and living and toys, they also showcase a special "Sales" tab in their menu list where you can catch the day's deals.

Since, this was my first order from the website, I decided
to place just one thing and I ordered for this gorgeous pearl necklace. After
following the step by step checking out process, my order was placed for which
I got an order ID and an email notification. I placed my order on September
13th, 2012 and got it pretty fast in a secure and safe packaging on September
18th, 2012. I liked the fact that I got a call from Jabong's customer care
department asking me to acknowledge the receipt of the product, the very day I
received it.
The neckpiece was securely wrapped in a cute purple pouch,
covered by multiple layers of bubble wrap and placed inside the cardboard box
in such an angle, that it wouldn't budge from its place. I quite liked the
thoroughness in the way it was packed that left no chances for the product to
get damaged. The neckpiece is as beautiful as it looked on the website's image.
I absolutely loved the whole double-strings pattern and delicate pearls in the
neckpiece that comes with a nice secured locking system.
Overall:
Overall, I had a great experience shopping from the website
and would definitely love to visit and shop from it more often. The fast and
easy navigation, amazing range of products at great prices, convenient payment
options that includes Cash on Delivery too, good customer care service, great
packaging and fast shipment - definitely have got its place into my top
bookmarked list of shopping websites. Also they offer free shipping in India,
which is always an extra perk for regular online shoppers like me.
