All through the day, a lot of dirt and bacteria accumulates on the sensitive facial skin. If you do not clean the clogs, it will result in skin breakouts. So use a good cleanser to clean dirt, thereafter use a toner to hydrate the skin and use a moisturizer to give back to your skin its natural glow. This is a customary skin rejuvenation routine that you must indulge in every day.

Sunscreen Is Must

The ultraviolet rays of the sun have far reaching effects on our skin. Even slight exposure to sunrays will cause irreversible damage on our skin like wrinkles, tan and other signs of aging. So apply sufficient quantity of good quality sunscreen before going out. This rule is also applicable for the cloudy days, when many of us ignore using a sunscreen with the rationale there is no sun to ward off.

Do Not Overdo

Stars do apply quality makeup to look beautiful, but at the same time they take utmost care of their skin to ensure that they glow naturally. Therefore, apply as little makeup as possible so that your natural beauty does not get overridden by the makeup you wear.

Sufficient Sleep

Sufficient amount of sleep is a primary prerequisite for getting healthy, glowing and acne free skin. Inadequate amount of sleep is also the main cause for bleary eyes and dark circles. Every individual needs at least seven hours of sound sleep every day, to avoid the above mentioned nuisances. So listen to your body and get sufficient amount of sound sleep.

Healthy Diet and Lifestyle

Healthy diet and lifestyle are two important prerequisites that ensure glowing skin. Eat loads of fruits and vegetables as these food items are rich in antioxidants that helps in the process of skin rejuvenation from within. Drink plenty of water all through the day, exercise at least thrice a week and do not snack on unhealthy oily food items. These are important for maintain flawless and radiant skin.

Keep The Beauty Products Clean

Along with keeping yourself clean and consciously doing away with bad habits like chewing nails or lips, it is also important to keep your beauty products and brushes clean and tidy. Bacteria can easily grow on these products and if it spread on your sensitive facial skin, it will definitely cause acne problems. So be extremely careful.
