How excited we are for our birthdays till our teens and in twenties. However once we skip the late twenties, birthdays are not all that fun as now they start ringing an alarm- an unpleasant alarm of aging. Along with aging we most often associate droopy, lifeless skin, fall in energy levels, loss of the magnetic youth etc. All in all, it is not a very nice feeling.

important to keep the system clean and healthy and the skin hydrated and
supple. Plenty of water will not only make your skin feel younger, it will also
keep you healthy and away from many health problems.
Sunscreen- Again a cliché but again a very important one. Never,
ever ditch the sunscreen. Here, more important is the type of sunscreen you
choose.

You’ll get variants for dry skin, oily skin and sensitive skin. They
will also vary on the SPF. Choose the one that works best in your climatic
conditions. Don’t let the clouds fool you, even when it is cloudy, sunscreen is
a must. Use it regularly and you’ll keep the sun damage away, along with
delaying the wrinkles and fine lines.
Stay away from pollution- Have you ever felt jealous that how your
grandmom has skin glowing more than you? Well, for one, in her time she didn’t
have the automobile exhaust and factory pollute to fight with. Also, her diet
was much enriched than what we intake now.

pollution as much as possible. if you can’t avoid going in the streets where
pollution levels are high, it’s better that you always carry a scarf and keep

Cut down alcohol and smoke- While these may help you cut down the
stress temporarily, they are not the perfect solution and they help hasten the
aging process.

It is advised to completely quit smoking for great, younger
looking skin. As for alcohol, having wine once in a while can’t harm. On the
contrary, red wine has proved to have great effects on skin and overall health-
moderation is the key here.
Anti-aging products- Personally, I have always been more inclined
towards herbal based medicines and cosmetics. The same goes for the anti-aging
crams.

effective too. Once the degeneration of the skin starts, it is best to keep
