Today I am going to review one of my current most favourite products. I stumbled upon this nail polish accidentally, while shopping for my sister's engagement makeup stuffs. While going through all the nail polishes in a stash of hundreds of Maybelline color show nail polishes, this one simply popped up - its color gently calling me to try it out. The instant I saw this, I bought it and I am so glad I did! :D. The Maybelline Color Show Glitter mania - Pink champagne comes in regular Maybelline Color Show nail polish round bottle. The brush is aptly built to get a decent coverage in one go. This particular nail polish gives an excellent coverage and opacity in one go. The shade "Pink Champagne" is a gorgeous onion-pink color and is loaded with glitters (aptly named as glitter mania).What I loved most about this nail polish is the fact that despite being loaded with glitters, it feels extremely light on the nails. You can't even feel the glitters after a while. There is no shed-off and the nail polish stays put for 4-5 days in a go. It is an excellent party wear nail polish, especially when you don't have time and luxury to get expensive and time taking manicure done.
This nail polish could instantly glam up the look with its gorgeous color and glitters. I am absolutely loving it and plan to buy a couple more shades from this range. Let us have a quick look at the likes and dislikes that I've felt about Maybelline Color Show Glitter mania - Pink champagne.
Likes:
1) The nail polish comes in a nice handy packaging with very user friendly brush applicator that gives decent coverage in one go.
2) The shade pink champagne is a gorgeous onion pink color that can flatter any skin tone. Personally, I have a bit of pigmentation around my fingers, and this shade makes my hand looks fair. :D
3) The glitters easily keep stuck to the nails and give an instant glam look.
4) Dries up pretty quickly.
5) I've not experienced any shedding of glitters, even after wearing it for 5 days now.
Dislikes: Difficult to take off using your regular nail polish remover. The trick is to dip the cotton in your nail polish remover and keep it pressed on your nail for a minute or two. Then gently wipe off the nail polish in up-down strokes. It will come off much easily.
