Za True White Cleansing Foam - Review

Za true white cleansing foam - Review

Hi friends,

I hope you are enjoying the first showers of monsoons. I love rains, only when they happen in bits and pieces. Here, at my place it has been a constant downpour since past few days. It does feel good initially when you get some relief from the sun and the heat, but does get depressing after a while, especially when you can't step out and have the power cut at home for 15 hours in stretch.

Anyways, enough of my ramblings; today I am going to share my experience with Za True White Cleansing Foam. I have been using it since a week or so, and have found it pretty good face wash for daily use, especially in current humid climate for my oily-combination skin. Let us get down to the details on what I liked and didn't like about Za true white cleansing foam.

Za true white cleansing foam with Vitamin C Granules

Za true white cleansing foam - Review

Za true white cleansing foam claims to be a whitening cleansing foam that removes melanin contained excess surface skin cells and imparts moisturized translucent skin. It is loaded with Vitamin C granules that roll gently over the skin to remove excess surface skin cells and impurities around the pores. The foam is constituted of natural spring water from Tuscany, Italy that claims to have a variety of minerals to moisturize skin and impart smooth and translucent looking skin. It also claims to remove light makeup effectively.

Price for the quantity: INR 350/- for 100 grams

My experience with Za true white cleansing foam:

Za true white cleansing foam comes in a sturdy and user friendly white tube packaging with a flip open cap to take the product out. I only need to take out pea size of the product on my palm, add a few drops of water to it, and apply it on my face. It instantly lathers well and gets rinsed off pretty quickly too. All in all - it has all good things of a normal cleansing foam based face wash! Now, what does it have special in it?

The facewash is loaded with minute granules, which give a small level of exfoliation to my skin, everytime I use it. That way it does help in keeping my face clear of any accumulation of dead cells. I am not sure about the depth of melanin containing skin, that it claims to remove. And I don't know what does it mean by giving a translucent skin (unless I want to look like a vampire!), but it does give a nice clean, refreshed skin everytime I use it, and hence it gets points for that. If you have used any foam based facewashes before, you might be aware of the fact that they tend to be a bit drying to the skin. My oily-combination skin always gets that, so I can't imagine how dry skin beauties manage with the stretchy-cracking feeling on the skin after using a foam based face wash.

Za true white cleansing foam surprisingly didn't give me that dry, itchy feeling at all. I do get a "squeaky cleansed" feeling though. My skin feels super cleansed (a bit extra smooth) and kind of vulnerable as if it can get stuck with any dirt or dust it might come in contact with. But, it doesn't feel dry in any sense. And for this, Za true white cleansing foam definitely gets extra points for that from me. It does remove light makeup as well. These days, I am into using minimal makeup products (Just bb cream, Kajal and lipstick) because of the humidity and power cuts, and Za true white cleansing foam has worked well in removing makeup from my face and lips completely.

I do need to use an eye makeup remover to get rid of last traces of my kajal, after which I use this facewash and it removes all left over traces of my eye makeup as well as my face makeup. As far as dislikes are concerned, I don't have any particular except for the fact that it claims to give "whitening" to my skin. It does give cleansed skin, refreshed skin, smooth skin, glowing skin and gently exfoliated skin, but not whitening in anyway, and for that I am really glad. I like my complexion as it is, and don't want to have any "chuna poti" on it.

So, on that note let us have a look at my likes and dislikes of this Za true white cleansing foam below:

Likes:

 1) The face wash comes in a nice sturdy and user friendly packaging. Flip open cap makes it easy to take out the product without bothering too much on opening and closing the lid.

 2) Just a pea sized amount is more than enough to take care of entire face. So one tube would definitely run for long.

 3) The face wash contains fine Vitamin C granules, that give mild exfoliation everytime you use it. It gently removes the dead cells, and opens clogged pores without being too harsh on the skin.

 4) Lathers well, cleanses well and gets rinsed off pretty easily and quickly. For its quick and effective usage, it gets extra points from a super-busy-mommy-of-a-toddler like me.

 5) Does not leave my skin dry after the wash. 6) As per claims, cleanses of light makeup too. 7) Helps in making the skintone even and radiant.

  Dislikes:

 1) I don't have any dislike, apart from the claims of "whitening of skin" and giving "translucent looking skin". I hope they can change the description to "giving youthful glow" and "soft and radiant looking skin", because that is what we all look for and that is what it aptly gives!

Rating: 5/5 (A+)

Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss - Review, Swatches

Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss - Review I began to use Neutrogena brand long back, when I was in US. The first product I bought of this brand was a liquid foundation, which was my first foundation of all. And, as expected I chose the wrong shade and had to throw it away. The second thing I bought sometime back was this Neutrogena Moistureshine LipGloss , which apparently happens to be my first tinted lipgloss too, as before this I was used to only lipsticks or lip balms. It took me a while to get used to the concept of glosses. I bought the shade 04 Glimmer: Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss Like usual glosses, it comes
