A few weeks back I was searching for a decent eye care product and really wanted to order StBotanica under eye cream, but since I live in a place that is even remote-er than the "kaala paani", none of the online shopping websites had their delivery areas to my place especially for this cream.
So, I had to hunt for the alternatives and landed on Aroma Treasures eye care kit. Somehow, I love the concept of kits. There is something so satisfying about seeing a cute load of stuffs in a kit and somehow gives the feeling that you are getting something extra, even though you are paying for it.
I always search fot kits and combos while shopping online rather than the actual product e.g instead of searching for Maybelline lipstick, I would search for "Maybelline lipstick combo". Is it just me doing this weird thing? If you are also like this then comment "high-five" below. 😁😁
It gets me so excited to see so many products at slashed prices ( even though if I buy individual stuffs, each might cost me lesser 😜).
But as a kid who gets attracted by all flashy stuffs and bigger boxes, even though the gift inside that ginormous box might as small as a bouncy ball, I got all excited seeing the kit and the fact that it could be *drumrolls* delievered to my Jurassic period's cave, I placed the order in a jiffy.
So, I noticed the under eye gel and under eye oil in the kit, but what baffled me was the presence of sunscreen lotion in this eye care kit. Earlier I thought, may be its a special sunscreen for eyes or eye lids ( there are so many weird products coming out nowadays! 😎😎).
But, nope, it a regular sunscreen for face and not for eyes. I guess its just something they added for sake of it. I have been using all the three products since past few weeks now and below are my thoughts about them.
Aroma Treasures Under Eye Oil:
Its a good oil with a blend of all good stuffs - Almond oil, wheat germ oil, rose oil, lotus oil, geranium oil and chamomile oil. It is very light and I usually apply it under and around my eyes in my morning skin care routine rather than in my night skin care one. The reason - my morning eyes are puffier and require more attention coz of my super insomniac abilities. And this has worked quite well in hiding that.
Love the way it reduces my puffiness and helps in blending the concealer to keep my eyes look fresh and awake whole day. I usually use the gel at night and somehow both the products have worked well in keeping my eye bags lighter and my eyes brighter, so definitely recommended.
Aroma treasures Under eye gel:
It consists of almost the same good things as are there in oil. Just that it has gel like consistency. Again, very light wear and gets absorbed instantly. Relaxes my eyes and helps me sleep better. Overall, decent product at good price.
Aroma Treasures Sunscreen lotion:
Now, coming to the special appearance of the kit - this sunscreen lotion. It comes with spf 30 and has nice bottle packaging with a pump to get the product out. However, it is so thick that you only get small bits of the product in each pump. Sometimes the product gets stuck in the nozzle and I have to clean it to get the product out.
It is thick, creates a bit of whitish cast, is non greasy, and I have no idea if it works or not in sun protection.
The only thing it did was to give me a pimple on each side of my face - one on right cheek, the other on left cheek, and one on my chin.
My forehead got spared coz I realized what it was doing and immediately removed it from my skin care routine before it created the whole divine circle of pimples on my face.
I have gone back to my trusted lacto calamine and lotus sunscreen now, till my skin is back to normal.
Overall, not recommended for oily-combination skin.

So, that's it from me for now. I hope you found the blog post helpful.
P.S. I used the green screen for the first time. It looks lame I know, but I am just learning so hopefully will get hold of it soon.... 😁😁
