Review : Oriflame Very Me Clickit Black Eye Liner

I am usually more of an eyeliner person than a Kajal. I rarely apply kajal on my eyes, but I've to use eyeliner, particularly black, before stepping out of my house. I've found that black eyeliners usually define my eyes much better and I don't have to worry about much about dark circles while using black eyeliners above my upper lash line.

Because of the above reason, I usually stock my dressing table with loads of black eyeliners. I've till date used only liquid eye liners, and with years of practice have got certain level of control and proficiency in using them well. So, when Oriflame launched its “Very me” series of makeup range, I ordered this particular eye liner along with the mascara. As is the case with me all the time, the mascara was out of stock and so I ended up with this liner only. I've been using this eyeliner since past 2 months, almost regularly now and it is about to get over so thought of reviewing it here today.

My experience with Very Me Clickit Black Eye liner

I've been using this mascara almost every day since past 2 months, and since I continued using it after the very first use, I must be quite happy with it. This is a no nonsense normal black liquid eye liner, that gives matte black finish. It is not waterproof and comes off easily with water and regular face wash. It comes with a very thin brush, which I like a lot as it gives me more control on how I want my eyeliner to look like. However, it might make the job of getting a perfect winged liner a bit tedious with that thin size.

Below are some swatches and how it looks on my eyes:

Below are some pros and cons that I can think of this eye liner:

1) It gives a nice matte black finish that makes it perfect for everyday wear.

2) I like the thin brush that comes for liner application and gives me a lot of control on how I apply it.

3) It has never caused any allergic reaction to my eyes or skin.

4) It is not waterproof and comes off easily with water and normal face wash without creating any mess around my eyes.

5) It is quite affordable at the price it comes.

Cons:

1) I feel the quantity is quite less, and it has a tendency to get dried up pretty fast. However, at the price it comes, I think it is still good.

2) As per the description, it doesn't give any glossy finish, but semi-matte one.

2) Availability: You need to find an Oriflame consultant to get your hands on this.

Overall verdict: I find this to be a good eye liner for everyday use. If you are looking for a no-frills non-waterproof eyeliner formula at affordable price, you can go ahead with this.

Rating: 3.5/5

Olay Natural White Lotion With Mulberry Leaf Extracts - Review

Olay Natural White Lotion With Mulberry Leaf Extracts  The best way to spend four hours of waiting period in Dubai transit is to do shopping. In all the shopping I did there, I bought this particular lotion as well. The main reasons behind buying this lotion were: 1) I wanted to try Olay as a brand as I’d heard a lot of good stories about it. 2) I wanted a light moisturizing face lotion that has SPF, UVA/UVB protection and could be worn easily below my foundation for day wear. Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss - Review, Swatches

Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss - Review I began to use Neutrogena brand long back, when I was in US. The first product I bought of this brand was a liquid foundation, which was my first foundation of all. And, as expected I chose the wrong shade and had to throw it away. The second thing I bought sometime back was this Neutrogena Moistureshine LipGloss , which apparently happens to be my first tinted lipgloss too, as before this I was used to only lipsticks or lip balms. It took me a while to get used to the concept of glosses. I bought the shade 04 Glimmer: Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss Like usual glosses, it comes
