I stumbled upon this particular Revlon's touch and glow compact when I had to urgently get ready for a party and couldn't find my compact powder. I simply saw this lying on my mom's dresser, picked it up and applied it on. However, I got a good level of scolding from my mom for doing that. She forbids me to use or even share any of the cosmetic products for hygiene reasons. Anyways, I applied it and loved it, so went ahead to buy this a couple of months back, and below is the review. The shade I am reviewing here is "Ivory Matte".

My experience with this compact:
I usually keep this compact in my purse all the time, for simple reason that it has mirror in it. The compact is extremely lightweight and a gives a nice fresh matte look to my oily-combination skin, which I like a lot. I usually wear it daily at office, and I find it perfect for both summer and winter time.

Below are some of the likes and dislikes that I've experienced from this compact:
Likes:
1) I love the packaging of this compact. It isn't very classy, but quite basic with all essential ingredients - Mirror and powder puff.
2) It gives a nice matte look to my oily combination skin which looks quite natural and fresh.
3) It has mild floral fragrance which I like a lot.
4) It gives a decent coverage to my face. I also use it to powder my lids before applying eye makeup.
5) It never gave me break outs, nor did it give any allergic reactions to my skin.
6) Price for the quantity you get makes it quite affordable.
Dislikes:
1) Staying power is a problem. Even while sitting in AC, my oily-combination skin gets its oil back on the T-zone within a span of 2-3 hours from this.
2) No SPF, so you need to wear some sun protection beneath it in order to carry it in summers.
3) It actually has talc which I don’t like much.
Overall verdict: I love this compact and would definitely buy it again. It works perfectly in keeping oil at bay and I don't mind doing touch ups every 2-3 hours, so that is ok. It is highly recommended that while doing touch ups you don't go on your face straight with the powder, because that will just bring the oil back again within 1 hour. You should first remove the oil using blotting paper or even soft tissue and then apply the powder.
