Review: Ikove Acai Chocolate Radiance Moisturizing Cream

A couple of weeks back I got a few samples from Ikove by Forestas. There were two pouches of this particular chocolate radiance moisturizing cream for me to try. Though I can't give a full fledged review from the samples, I can still let you know my experience with this particular cream, so below goes the same.

My experience with Ikove Acai Chocolate Radiance Moisturizing Cream

The first time I took the cream out, I found that it wasn't a cream actually. It was a lotion with runny consistency and off-white color. Having chocolate in its name gave me the expectation of instant chocolate fragrance from it, but I could smell a lot of citrusy vinegar like smell from the lotion. I applied it on my face and it felt quite light on my skin. It was after massaging it into the skin for few seconds, when I got hit by subtle chocolate fragrance from it. The initial fragrance of the lotion which is a bit citrusy and reminds me of vinegar is quite strong to the nose and literally hit the moment I took it out. Even though I am a lover of strong fragrances, this was too strong for me.

Coming to the face cream (lotion), this had runny consistency and it got absorbed very fast into the skin, leaving soft dewy finish. The initial citrusy fragrance and later subtle smell of chocolate go away within few seconds of application. I liked the way it nourished my skin and keep it moisturized for a couple of hours. However, the finish is not entirely dewy and a bit on the oily side, so I had to pat on some loose powder to keep the shine at bay.
I can’t tell about its effectiveness in giving an overall radiant glow and youthful skin, as I could use it only 6-7 times from the sachets I received.

Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss - Review, Swatches

Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss - Review I began to use Neutrogena brand long back, when I was in US. The first product I bought of this brand was a liquid foundation, which was my first foundation of all. And, as expected I chose the wrong shade and had to throw it away. The second thing I bought sometime back was this Neutrogena Moistureshine LipGloss , which apparently happens to be my first tinted lipgloss too, as before this I was used to only lipsticks or lip balms. It took me a while to get used to the concept of glosses. I bought the shade 04 Glimmer: Neutrogena Moistureshine Gloss Like usual glosses, it comes
