Getting the sensational look-
1. Sparklers can be used on its own to give a soft look during daytime or with an angled brush stroke for a shimmering look.
2. For a more vibrant look during the day or night -Apply Sparklers on the lids as eye shadow and combine it with Tips & Toes Eye Linear or Tips & Toes Eye Lights on the rims (as a line on the lid).
3. Glittery Green and Ultra Violet especially with Tips & Toes water proof eye liner will make the glitter more prominent and will keep focus on the eyes.
4. People with deep set eyes should use more of bright shades such as blue, violet etc- it brightens the face.

My experience with this product:
I usually love to sport black eyeliner always, however sometimes I get a knack of getting more colorful and love to go out of my usual black zone. This particular liner from Tips and Toes is completely true to its name - Blue Blast. All you get from this liner is super pigmented, funky blue color that has shiny and metallic finish to it. It is so much fun to use this liner and I absolutely love to sport it for parties and special occasions, especially for night time.
The liner is completely opaque and gives a gorgeous finish in one go. It comes with a felt tip applicator that gives a good amount of control on the application. It is waterproof and won't buzz once its set. Also, taking it off is quite easy as it comes off quickly through my Essence eye-makeup remover and doesn't create any mess around my eyes
Below is a list of likes and dislikes that I've felt from this:
Likes
1) Gives a lovely shiny metallic blue finish, which is super pigmented and super opaque.
2) The felt tip applicator gives an easy and more precise application.
3) It is waterproof and stays on my lids as long as I am not doing rain dance. Even if I do that, this won't buzz and comes off decently without creating any mess around the eyes.
4) Easy to remove using an eye makeup remover.
5) Affordable at the price it comes for
6) Never irritated my eyes or created any kind of problems to my skin.
Dislikes:
1) No complete list of ingredients mentioned anywhere.
2) Availability might be a concern.
Overall verdict:
I love this eyeliner to the core. It is super fun to use it and I definitely recommend you get this one for the current wedding and party season. :)
