Review: Himalaya Herbals Natural Moisturizing Lip Butter

I usually suffer from dry and cracked lips if I am not always super careful to treat them well. As is the case with lip balms, a few worked well for me while some others failed badly. I usually don't want to take chances with my lip balms and usually stick with the ones that have worked well for me. But, when I came across this particular lip balm from Himalaya Herbals with cocoa butter and Sal butter as its ingredients, I was more than tempted to give it a try. I've been using this since past one week now and hence reviewing it her. Check out the details below: About Himalaya Herbals Natural Moisturizing Lip butter Price: INR 125 Quantity: 10 grams My experience with this lip butter: The lip butter comes in this cute jar packaging and is quite creamy in consistency. The butter is a translucent gel and has a sweet smell of cocoa butter. It glides on well on the lips and is transparent on application. Even though it has sweet cocoa butter smell, it doesn...

Review: Forest Essentials Hydrating Body Mist – Sandalwood and Vetiver

I've only used Face mists so far which all together solved a very different purpose as compared to the body mists. This is the first body mist I've used till date. I've been using it since quite sometime now and hence below goes the review: About Forest Essentials Hydrating Body Mist – Sandalwood and Vetiver: Fresh aromatic wood infused Body Mist to soften and scent your skin. Use as often as required. Ingredients: I know a lot about sandalwood but vetiver was something I had to google to know more about. Below is what I found on Wikipedia : Vetiver is a perennial grass of the Poaceae family, native to India. In western and northern India, it is popularly known as khus. Vetiver is mainly cultivated for the fragrant essential oil distilled from its roots. Worldwide production is estimated at about 250 tons per annum (Lavania). Price: INR 975/- Quantity: 100 grams My experience with this Body mist: The first time I sprayed the Body mist on my skin, I felt a watery ...

Preview: Soulflower soaps - My purchase from 99labels

I ordered these soaps around 20-25 days back from 99labels and as the days passed by I lost any hopes of receiving these. While I was trying to convince myself that the order has gone for good, I got these lovelies today. I've already reviewed  Baby Your skin soap from soulflower here   and my pleasant experience with that soap got my interest back to using soaps instead of body washes now. I am planning to start with Pep-me-mint for its obvious turquoise blue color. As of now I am happy admiring the colors of "Pep me mint" and "Rosemary morning" soaps that are quite bright and vibrant rather than boring muddy brown that "Baby your skin" and "Mud a lot" sport. Lets see how these soaps fare with me, going forward!! :)

Review: NYX Runway palette ESP10CECBR For Eye Color Brown - Swatches

I’ve been eying this palette since ages now and I was more than glad to get my hands on it. The colors and shades presented by this palette are absolutely gorgeous and they complement each other well. It was fun to mix and match them all and create various looks. I did most for fun purpose, hence didn’t take proper photos. Check out more details below: About NYX Runway palette ESP10CECBR For Eye Color Brown Price: INR 1100/- Ingredients: My experience with this palette The eyeshadows of this palette qualify excellently in colors, shades, texture and pigmentation. The best thing about this palette is that all shades are so diverse yet they complement each other so well. The upper half of the palette starts with a satiny dark brown shade, taupe, satin taupe, shimmery beige and ends with frosty lavender. The light shades out of this palette are mostly satiny with a hint of shimmer and frost. The lower half of the palette starts with a dark satiny purple shade, a sa...
